DocketSolutions.com will be providing Intellectual Property docketing solutions that are designed to intelligently interface with a firm's existing docketing system. The products being developed by DocketSolutions.com are not designed to replace existing docketing systems, but alternatively designed to seamlessly work with an existing system without requiring additional programming or modification to the existing system. Most importantly, DocketSolutions.com products, once configured and installed, require no daily user input of docketing data. The docket data is simply obtained dynamically from the existing docket system database.
The first product will be a secure Internet module which is designed to
provide authorized users, such as firm clients and firm employees, access to
current case status information. Authorized users are provided with the
capability of quickly generating customized reports, identifying upcoming
action items, and information regarding responsible attorneys. Internally
to a firm, the module is also intelligently designed to provide responsible
attorneys assigned to particular cases E-mail action item reminders.
